The product seems terrible, and best buy support is atrocious. The delivered me a defective one as well. They took it back when it dumped all the water on my floor. When they eventually went to replace it, their records erroneously show I still have it. I wish I took pictures of the spill and the removal January 3. I have wasted hours trying to get the replacement. Good luck.
