“Just purchased this washer got it hooked up ready to use poured liquid detergent in the liquid detergent spot and the detergent went straight out the bottom. What’s going on? This is horrible.”

• No it went straight to our floor not in the washer at all. It was pouring in dispenser and leaked out onto the floor not the bottom of the drum

• If it was in the dispenser it will run down the side to the bottom inside the drum. This is normal.
