“My washer has completely stopped working after only about 7 to 8 months. Before not powering on now it got off balance quit frequently. Is there some way to reset it if so how because it won’t power on at all”

Service warranty comes from subcontractor AIG. Very poor communication. Endless bounce around between Geek & AIG. May not service your area, despite Best Buy stores near by. That means return replace. Another protracted process. Who makes Insignia washer? Big secret. How come?
