Hi Nicole, If you have the same washer as mine, there should be an error code displayed withing the digital display next to the dial on the washer. That code number (example: E1) should be listed in the back of the instruction manual that came with the washer, and next to whatever code number it is, should tell what problem it is you're having with your washer.
