“So middle part which I think is called the agitator keeps getting loose & off all of a sudden. We have only had it for a week. I looked in & there is a screw, Ive screwed it back on & it becomes loose again. The screw looks like it is not long, help?!”

I honestly don't know because that hasn't happened to me but I would call the Geek Squad at Best Buy and ask them. They should know. I'm sorry.
