• The long cycle is to improve the cleaning performance, it is normal. Try the Quick Wash cycle, that setting has the shortest time.

• THIS WASHER IS VERY GOOD. IT IS PROGRAMABLE TO WASH AT ANY SETTING, THE BIGGER THE LOAD THE LONGER IT WILL TAKE TO GET A THROUGH WASH. A SMALLER LOAD DOES NOT TAKE LONG AT ALL.
