“The fabric softener is not dispensing. Yes, we are hitting the softener button. This problem has been happening for about 2 weeks now after 4 months of use. Can the dispenser be removed and cleaned? Any YouTube on how to do this if possible? Suggestions?”

We had the same problem and added hot water to the dispenser , it worked. The dispenser has a small nozzle on the bottom ours was slightly clogged so I ran a pipe cleaner through the nozzle and fixed the problem. We use a somewhat thick fabric softener so we have diluted the by adding water to the softener bottle, works great. Love this washed .
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought mine last month and it stays stopped up. We followed all guidelines. The only way to get softener partially through it is boiling water poured into it. My recommendation...The Downy Ball and just stop use. I did.
