Just brought this washer, brand new, this is the 4th load and it already will not drain or spin, did everything in the manual, hose is not kinked or clogged. No reason for this to happen on a brand new machine, advice?? null

did you ever figure it out? ours does the same thing and when the rinse and spin point comes E1 shows up on the screen. just put in today

I would call Best Buy. Mine did not do that. Works fine.
