“We’re getting multiple e1 codes and can’t figure out why. Yesterday did a heavy load and every time it got to rinse it kept giving the e1 code. It isn’t leaking, cleaned filters, no kinks...anyone have any suggestions?”

Its defective! Return it immediately! I bought a new insignia machine and tried 1 load and it did that. Get rid of it!! The tech didn’t even know what e1 meant. I figured it out when I leaned on the top loading door!!
