“What is the spatula for? Why does it say "manual" defrost? Anyone owned this over 1 year see if frost free freezer works and lower frig section keeps food cold? I have medicines that need to be kept cold. Thank you.”

• its for scraping off ice build up inerback of fridge gently,you might want to dampen first with sponge then use spatula to remove ice build up,on my fridge is minimal.

• The spatula is for scraping frost off "manually." Lower fridge keeps plenty cold but the freezer is not frost free...hence the scraper.
