I'm not a repair man but check the settings, check that it's running. If it's under warranty follow the process.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would first check to see if it is over filled. Especially the freezer. If if gets to packed (full) it's freezing capacity gets diminished. This is true with all refrigerators and freezers
