  • QuestionWe leveled the fridge, waited 24 hr before plugging in. It is freestanding. We cannot get the temperature to go above 20 degrees F even though it is now set on the first dot above the word OFF. Does it have vents we can check? We do not see any.

    • Answer The product description indicates the range of temperature is 32° to 50° F. I bought a thermometer for mine as it didn't seem to be keeping drinks very cold and set at max the lowest temperature it reaches (while empty) is 42° F.
