“Hi. The front right burner on my one year old stove top stopped working. The outer portion of the burner does not work at all. The inner piece does not fully heat. Is this a common problem? Is there an easy fix?”

Both my front and back right burners have gone out. Of course, it happened about a month after the 1-yr warranty expired. I wish someone could answer this.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My front right burner knob broke off (I believe it’s the dual energy switch) and I cannot locate the replacement part anywhere. I was told this is a Canadian model stove and was not intended for US purchases. I bought this stove about 1 1/2 years ago. Maybe this is a defective piece since you are having an issue with your front right burner also??
