“If you do not buy the universal remote do you get one with the tv?”

• I'm assuming you purchased a Insignia T.V. If that is the case then the answer is no. You will get a standard Insignia remote that works only for the t.v. or whatever Insignia product you bought.

• All of our TVs come with a remote in the box, the couple of individual remotes available on Best Buy are for replacing the original or gaining additional features (such as the ability to program to other devices such as this remote).
