How does it work as a car charger? null

If your car has a USB port you can charge your phone.

If your car charger has a USB slot, yes this will work. I purchased strictly for use in my vehicle and it works great.

Use it everyday in the car and it works perfectly. Does great with Android Auto, if you have that and it of course charges very well too.

If your car's sound system is new enough to play what's in your USB stick, you can recharge from it, just not very fast.
