As long as you can get a chord that has USB-C on one end and whatever end you need for your iphone 13 then yeah it should work. Being a lifer abdroid user I dont know if iphone supports quick charge or not so, if it doesn't then it might not work.

I have no issues charging my iPhone 13 Pro and iPad mini 6 at the same time both to 100% within an hour. 20w charging with iPhone 13 = Fast charging as the rough charging of iPhones usually ranges between 5-15watts, 20watts will be more than enough.
