Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hahaha. It's not funny but, my grandmother says the same thing. I have no problem using the tv. I use a lot of programs on it. I feel like it's the 1 stop shop. Follow some tips, where offered, and just play with the tv. You'll get used to it. I'm sure there is a YouTube video with user friendly tips. Don't give up. Seems like all the tv's are moving in this direction.
