“I got this TV and an antenna as a gift from my son, so I can remove a cable box. It is a beautiful picture, but the remote doesn’t have a GUIDE to see what’s on the channels. Is there any way to Do This?”

It's really nice of your son to have purchased this great TV for you and I am sorry to see that you posed your question in this Online forum some four (4) months ago; however, if you, personally, were already able to find an acceptable way to access a user friendly TV channel guide to facilitate your use of this TV, perhaps, there are others who "may" benefit from my attempt to answer your question. I conducted a GOOGLE search for two "groups" of words: (1) "free over the air tv channel guide for + ("add" your geographical location of a larger city/state near you)" and (2) "list of over the air tv programs near + (again..."add" your geographical location of a larger city/state near you)" If you don't have access to a computer, you may know of people who do. Please don't enter any websites that may appear "risky" in terms of introducing a virus or may request "personal" information from you or may request a fee. I provided a digital photo attachment below of one website I saw and how they show the local channels list. I'm not endorsing this website; however, it seems like "FREE" opportunities to secure channel lists of over-the-air HDTV broadcasts do exist. Thanks for asking your question Best Buy customer JME32 and I hope that my answer helps other Best Buy customers as well as I've seen other people posing a question very similar in nature to yours.
