“The temperature display is flashing and has been since we turned it on. The standby button & temperature settings are not responsive. We tried several other outlets, no changes. Customer support could not help since there’s no error code. What can we do?”

It's not supposed to be flashing...since you can't get any help, take it back for an even-exchange and get another one and hope THAT one works properly. I've only had mine for a short time but have not had any flashing like that...so I can't tell you why it would be happening. I took a quick look at the Owners Manual in the "Problem" chart ("Troubleshooting" section) and see nothing about a flashing display. And looking in the rest of the Manual, see nothing there about a flashing display, either. It DOES show 2 "Fault Codes" and they are E1 (temperature sensor fault) and E4 (defrost sensor fault) but that's all for error codes. Good luck...
