• No, but you can load apps for youtube and other stuff that allow you to use video feeds and radio stations using the Net.

• No, you can install firefox but it will only work by casting your links from android firefox browser. That is basically not that useful and nothing compare to full browser. TV does support Meeracast which means you can use apps like youtube on your phone to cast directly to tv without any efforts. Search on phone and cast on tv.
