• it doesn't matter which T V, the best are 3.0 or higher. $k cables are expensive and overkill, but 3.0 will do the trick nicely.

• Why worry about 2.0? 3.0 or 3.1 is better. You willl be limited by the port of your origin device or the target device no matter what cable you use. All cables will be compatible, but a lower rated cable could slow you down. The same holds true with 4K. If yours 4k cables, but don't have 4k capability on your devices, you won't get 4k quality.
