“The only adjustable video setting is the back light level, all the other video settings (contrast, brightness, color, etc) are grayed out. How does one calibrate the display? There must a way to enable adjustment of all the settings.”

• There is. While video is playing click the settings button to n the remote, then select picture. From there you can manually adjust contrast, backlight,etc.

• Try to do a Factory Reset, go Home > Settings > Device & Software > Reset to Factory Defaults.
