“Just got this TV a few days ago. When I play any UHD movie on any app the TV dulls the colors. If I change it to HD it looks great. Is this a problem with my TV or a setting I need to change and if it’s a setting how do I turn this feature off?”

It may just be the tv. I noticed when I watch some 4k movies it drops pixels sometimes and others it doesn't.
