Well if your trying to install an app you need an account .Also either on android device you will need a GMAIL ACCOUNT .to install an app. But there's alternative ways to install apps with a software named AS LINK.

But there are lots of free apps to watch whatever programs you like. It doesn’t matter which service you like ... fire tv, Roku. They will both want a service to charge you. And it learns what kind of programs you like so it will search for news programs to suggest to you too.
