“I would like to play MP4 or MPEG videos from a USB stick. I plugged a stick in and it said invalid format. I looked in the manual and it only mentions JPEG from the USB port. Is it not possible to view anything besides JPEGs?”

As of now, the Insignia™ - 50" Class F30 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV's USB mode only supports JPEG format images (with ".jpg" file extensions), and not all JPEG files are compatible with the TV.
