I was wondering the same thing. Thinking about buying this but wanted to confirm my xfinity services are compatible with this fire tv. Can anyone confirm?

Please try again later.I have Xfinity cable and it works fine through modem access. some of the convenience functions of the cable box attached to our main TV are lost (the search function for example is relegated to a manual search and changing stations one station at a time by scrolling through the stations). It does allow me to remotely use the record and view functions of my tv box and to access the apps on my box.
