No, which was one of the reasons I bought it for my mother. She just wants to flip channels.

No it isn't. Its a basic 1080p tv for a really good price. You can always purchase a separate roku box or firestick for it with the money you save buying this tv for $229.

No this tv is not a smart tv as far as Netflix, Hulu etc. You would have to get one of the fire or amazon ones
