“For some reason I can charge it all night and only charge to one battery life it's not that old am I able to bring it in and swap it out for a new one I got it for a gift and have no receipts or box left over from it I really love it please get back to me”

Sounds like yours is defective. Check to see if cord is tight in charger and device first. If it still gives you issue, I would return for exchange.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was having the same problem. I switched to a different charger/cord and it finally charged past 1 bar. It does take a long time to charge though. I put it on the charger at night and it's usually full around noon the next day.
