• No physical button for on/off. It'll just automatically charges your device when you plug something into the USB-A port. You charge the battery through the micro USB port.

• There's no on/off switch and yes it will stay charged until used to charge a device.

• No on - off switch. Blue lights come on while recharging unit and charging phone or tablet. They shut off after unplugging USB.

• Yes, there is a power button on the side of the unit. Yes, the battery remains charged when not in use.
