Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.For the remote not working, check batteries. Then unplug TV from wall outlet for 15 seconds. For picture settings go to HOME, click right until you get to settings. Click down then right to arrive at DISPLAY sETTINGS and select brt., contrast, color, etc. Good luck!
