• There is a sleep timer that can be set for 30 minute increments

• This TV has a Sleep Timer. While watching live TV, long press the Home Button to launch the Quick Access Menu and select Sleep Timer. This TV does not have a feature to automatically turn off at a specific time every evening. David M. - Insignia Support
