Q: QuestionI have an insignia TV smart, with Amazon Alexio included. Recently the picture no longer comes up. It’s black, but I get audio on everything. I tried playing DVD to the TV and same thing audio but no picture, what is wrong with the TV?

• A:Answer Good luck with that! Happened to me while just watching tv. I believe Insignia tv is junk and Best buy just promotes it a low cost knowing it will die. Shame in them! They have no integrity!
