Hi Lm! We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. If your TV can't find the remote, please press and hold the home button. If the issue persists, replace the batteries with fresh ones and press and hold the home button again. If it still does not work, you can reset the Bluetooth connection by pressing and holding the MENU, BACK, and LEFT buttons simultaneously while the TV is turned off for about 12 seconds. Then, remove the batteries, plug in, and turn on your TV. If the home screen appears, kindly place the batteries back into the remote, then wait for up to one minute for the remote to pair.
