If you're not getting sound from your Insignia™ - 58" Class F30 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV when connected to a Verizon Fios One TV box via HDMI, ensure the HDMI cable is securely connected and try different HDMI ports or cables. Check the TV's audio settings to make sure the audio output is set to TV Speakers.
