“When i plug this in there is a flashing blue light then changes to a flashing red and does not charge my phone. Is this a product defect or can I “reset” it to work again? I used it for less than 1 week.”

If it’s fjashibg red it means it’s not charging. A steady blue light means the device is plugged and charging your phone. Abyrhibg in red means NOT Charging - abs it’s blinkibg red so I’d return it abs exchange it for a new one.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Your phone might not be compatible. I set my phone, s9, on the dock, there's a blue light on the dock. Then a red light come on my phone showing that it is being charged. I would tell you to take it back where you bought it, and ask them. You may want to buy a new phone. The phone I bought is a Galaxy S9, very happy with it and it works well on the dock.
