“Just purchased a few days ago and every time I dry a load of clothes it takes a few times to run the dryer and still not heating. Any thoughts on what I can do? I had electrician come out and also flipped breakers, nothing helps.”

It's either broken, or your system can't run it due to not enough power. If you had an electrician come out for this problem, I suggest you get an actual competent electrician, because anyone with even the vaguest knowledge of electricity should have immediately been able to tell you why this isn't working.
