• If the back of your monitor has DVI inputs then yes. Otherwise an HDMI out from your Xbox or PS4 to an HDMI input on your monitor would be fine.

• Yeah plug it right in! Only thing is it won’t carry sound so you’ll have to use a headset or separate source.
