It should carry the sound through.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Audio+visual needs hdmi on both ends. This cord only b provides video.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.HDMI normally will carry viseo and audio, I believe the downfall is that PC video cards are not normally designed to send audio. You would need to connect the audio from the PC either from the sound card if you have and add on card or use the headset out and connect to the TV.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.DVD-D has no audio. You need to run a seperate audio out from your desktop to your tv. You can try the audio out jack or the headphone jack for the output from the desktop. Use The audio in jacks on your tv and you should be good to go.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My experience with DVI cables is that you'll need to purchase an audio cable to carry the sound. If it were HDMI-to-HDMI it might be different. Good luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.VGA and DVI cables are only capable of carrying video. You'll need an audio plug of some sort to enable sound through the TV. If your desktop has a HDMI output, that will carry the audio signal to the TV. You should be able to add an HDMI output video card to your PC as well. Newegg has them relatively cheap and are plug and play, if you have a slot available in your PC.
