“I have an HP Envy 4500 which is wireless but it has never worked properly, went to Best Buy and sales rep who showed me a cable to connect from my Lenovo G50 to printer so s to by pass the so-called wireless feature.....but I can not remember the type .”

I had the same problem with my "wireless" HP Envy 7640 printer, which worked wirelessly for a while, but then gave me problems. I purchased the Insignia USB 2.0 A to B Cable and was able to easily connect my printer to my Lenovo computer. Now the printer works fine.
