Can this cable be used with an Epson Ecotank, ET-2760? null

As long as your printer has a USB-B Cable input as pictured with the square type shape it should work. I have an Epson Printer but a different model and it worked for mine. Hope this helps. Try looking at your printer model, the pamphlet that came with it or online for an image of your printer and its ports.
