• A:Answer 5 fit side by side one way, and 4 more faced the other way on the top 6 shelves. Bottom shelf fits 7 across only. (No reverse bottles) These are normal 750 ml bottles, not champagne. Lots of whites and most Rhône valley reds are slightly fatter bottle and cause you to lift up the front of the above rack to get them in out.

Depending on how you arrange them and whether you remove or adjust some of the shelves, the cooler could potentially hold around 80 to 100 standard 12 oz beer bottles.
