• The Comcast app was available for months on phones but only recently became available on the Fire platform. That's not a problem with Fire, it's the app manufacturer / publisher needing to configure the app for Fire or allowing it to be released on that platform. Spectrum will need to update their app; it may be worth a phone call / email to the company to indicate interest.
