I bought the insignia 7 cubic upright freezer last week. It seems working fine but whenever we close the door it releases or suck the air from the top right and you can hear the air sound. I wanted to know if it is normal and everyone has this happening. null

i always apply a little baby oil on my seal but my unit didn't do that

This is because there is a gap in the suction. Check for something in the magnets way or a bend in the magnet itself. Could also be a tiny indent in the rubber. If it isn’t sealing it will release.
