• Some neighbors do have it on their enclosed patio. We have lots of moisture in florida so keep in a dry area!

• Yes, it has a super tight seal to keep foods frozen solid. I wouldn't have it where it can get wet, but can withstand long hot Florida summers. I too live in Florida
