“I plan to place the freezer in the garage. Here in Houston, the garage temperature can exceed 100 degF easily in the summer. What should I do when that happens? Would the high temperatures damage the compressor if I leave the freezer on?”

Mine is in the house… but friends in NM keep two of them in the garage year round/summer (100F) No issues after 4 years.

EL MIO ESTA EN EL FREEZER, NO TENGO OTRA ALTERNATIVA. EN FLORIDA EL VERANO ES FUERTE PERO NUNCA LLEGA, HASTA AHORA, A 100 GRADOS. ME DIJERON QUE NO TIENE INCONVENIENTE POR TENER PROTECCION.
