“How do you defrost it? Does all the food need to be removed and put in coolers during defrosting? Where is the water outlet that is used to defrost?”

We just purchased it a couple of weeks ago, so we haven’t had to defrost it yet. I’m sure you will need to empty the freezer. I’m not aware of a drain.
