“How do you defrost it? Does all the food need to be removed and put in coolers during defrosting? Where is the water outlet that is used to defrost?”

• We just purchased it a couple of weeks ago, so we haven’t had to defrost it yet. I’m sure you will need to empty the freezer. I’m not aware of a drain.
