“1 After closing the door a hissing air sound comes from the unused hinge hole for a while. Is this normal and if it is equalizing pressure how does it keep a seal? 2. I always hear a liquid gurgling sound inside, is this normal? Shouldn't it settle down?”

• 1. There is some air pressure process after closing door on gasket; when the air process is stablized, there will be no sound; 2. There is refrigeration flow sound, that is normal. David M. - Insignia Support

• I don't hear any of those sounds on our freezer. I would call the company who built it or make best buy take it back. There could be a leak somewhere.
