“How do I prevent the freezer from moving? The whole freezer moves everytime I try to open the door (because of the back wheels). What can I do to keep it still/stationary?”

• I didn’t have this problem but I can suggest furniture cup you put under furniture to keep it from moving

• Hi soupsauce, Since the wheels or rollers do not lock in place, it may help to place a piece of wood, a small wood wedge or plastic furniture coaster (with felt on the bottom) under the wheels or rollers to prevent rolling. We recommend re-leveling the refrigerator after doing this, if necessary. Renee, Insignia Support
