“Are the glass shelves too narrow (don't reach the support on both sides fully and tip and fall when one side is too heavy) like some reviews say on all units? Or those who wrote these reviews receive a defective product?”

On this freezer, each of the glass shelves has a piece that actually fits into a groove on the area that holds the shelf. I went and looked and a couple of shelves were not put in place but the items did not topple over because it was fairly evenly distributed. We don’t get into this freezer very much but haven’t had any issues.
