“How long does it take to freeze after you set it up? Hours of has been plugged in where do they go on the highest setting for 8 hours and it's only cool , about 50 degrees. Help! Our other unit broke today!”

was told to let it set upwrite for 24 to 48 hours before we plugged it in because it was lying down in the back of our car did that and have had no problem.
